1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern access to ForgeVexa at forgevexa.com, operated under the legal name forgevexa (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable billing terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we process information. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind it.
2. What the service provides
ForgeVexa provides a browser workspace for generating and editing static websites and frontend applications using supported AI models. Features include local starter templates, saved projects, model selection, code editing, isolated previews, version history, and downloadable source files.
The current workspace generates HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It does not provide a general-purpose remote computer, run arbitrary server processes, automatically connect a database, or automatically deploy your exported project to a public host. External payments, bookings, authentication, and backend services in a generated project require separate integration.
Availability of live AI, paid plans, email, and other integrations is shown in the product. Template demo is a local template feature and does not perform custom AI generation. We may change supported models and features as providers and our service evolve.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Accounts become usable immediately after registration without manual approval; email ownership is verified separately when verification is available. Notify us of unauthorized access through support. We may limit or suspend access to prevent abuse, address security risks, or comply with law.
4. Plans, renewals, and credits
Monthly subscriptions are priced in US dollars: Spark $50, Builder $100, Studio $250, and Scale $500. Each includes the credits and project limit displayed on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. The final amount and any applicable taxes are disclosed before purchase.
One credit represents $0.01 of ForgeVexa usage. Custom top-ups start at $1, subject to payment processor limits, and do not renew automatically. Credits are prepaid service units, have no cash value outside permitted refunds, are non-transferable, and cannot be traded or redeemed as currency. Unused credits roll over while your account remains open.
Live AI usage is charged based on input and output tokens at three times the listed provider token rates for the selected model, rounded up to the nearest whole credit. A budget is reserved before a run, unused reserved credits are returned, and the final charge does not exceed the reservation. Failed and canceled builds are not charged. Free template demos, manual edits, previews, and exports do not consume credits.
Credits are added only after a verified successful payment notification. A checkout return page alone does not prove payment. You authorize recurring subscription charges when you confirm a subscription at checkout. Payment processing is provided by Stripe and is also subject to its applicable terms.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Manage or cancel subscription renewal from Credits & billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. After downgrade, existing projects remain accessible, but creating additional projects is subject to your new limit. Account deletion cancels an active subscription immediately and removes access. Request any refund before deletion. Our Refund Policy describes eligibility and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
6. Your content and generated output
You retain your rights to the inputs and project material you provide. You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit to your selected service providers, and display that material to operate the service for you.
To the extent permitted by law and applicable provider terms, you may use and modify generated output, including commercially. We do not claim ownership of your original projects. AI output may be similar to other users’ output and may contain errors or third-party material. We cannot promise uniqueness, copyright eligibility, non-infringement, or fitness for your purpose.
You are responsible for checking generated code and content, licenses, accessibility, security, legal requirements, and any claims you publish. Do not submit content or personal data unless you have authority to do so. Provider and open-source license obligations still apply.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use ForgeVexa for unlawful activity, malware, credential theft, phishing, fraud, intellectual property infringement, unauthorized surveillance, or exploitation. Do not circumvent access controls, spend limits, payment verification, or usage limits. The Acceptable Use Policy provides additional detail. We may investigate and restrict activity that violates these requirements.
8. Availability and third parties
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or a service-level commitment unless separately agreed in writing. AI providers, hosting, networks, and payment processors can experience delays or outages. Export important work and review changes before relying on them. Third-party names identify compatible services and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service and generated output are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, and our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer rights or liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
10. Ending access and disputes
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate an account for material breach, non-payment, legal obligations, or serious security concerns, with notice where appropriate and lawful. Contact us first about disputes so we can try to resolve them. Applicable mandatory law and consumer protections continue to apply; these Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Changes and contact
Material changes to subscription pricing or these Terms will be communicated before they take effect as required by applicable law. Updated terms apply prospectively. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel renewal before the applicable change. Direct questions and legal notices to forgevexa through the contact form.
