1. Build with permission
Use the service only for lawful purposes and with the rights and permissions needed for your content, data, accounts, and systems. Respect intellectual property, privacy, consent, and applicable laws. Do not upload secrets, sensitive personal data, or confidential material you are not authorized to disclose to the service and its AI providers.
2. Prohibited activity
- Malware, ransomware, credential theft, phishing, or unauthorized system access.
- Fraud, deceptive impersonation, fake payment collection, scams, and unlawful transactions.
- Exploitation or sexual abuse of minors, trafficking, and content that unlawfully threatens or incites violence.
- Unauthorized surveillance, doxxing, or unlawful collection of personal information.
- Copyright or trademark infringement and deliberate misuse of another party’s identity or branding.
- Spam, abusive automation, or attempts to damage or overload our service or third-party systems.
- Bypassing payment verification, access controls, rate limits, spend caps, or provider restrictions.
3. Generated projects are your responsibility
Review generated code and claims before publishing. Do not present prototype forms, sample statistics, fake testimonials, or unconnected checkout as real functionality. You are responsible for any website you export or deploy and for the products, services, and data processing it offers.
4. Reports and enforcement
Report suspected abuse through the abuse report form, with enough context to investigate. We may examine relevant records, limit access, remove prohibited material, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful requests. We consider context and may provide an opportunity to correct a problem where appropriate. You may ask us to review an enforcement decision through the contact form.
